Nemesis Matrix
The 1:3 scale statue, constructed from polystone resin, is an exact replica of one of the most famous and frightening movie villains ever, the Terminator. The T-800 Cinemaquette is limited to a production run of 1,000 pieces, and each T-800 is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by TERMINATOR designer Stan Winston.

Transformers The Movie 2007 Update
Nemesis Matrix
Roberto Orci - Transformers Movie Writer has cut Arcee From The Transformers Live Action Film.

"I hope that all those who hate Arcee will be gracious to those who love her. And to all those who wanted to see her, you should know the decision was not based on a mere dislike of the character, nor an attempt to defeminize the franchise. The decision is, at this point, story driven."

Ian Bryce - Line Producer For The Transformers Live Action Movie 2007 says that designing and location scouting has begun for the Transformers movie.

"Hello all.... lots of design and location scouting going on at present....exploring locations all over U.S. (and elsewhere)....many states offer filming rebates/incentives....checking all out....many cool designs already....Bay very excited...

Design team includes Jeff Mann (Terminator 3) and many great illustrators who have worked on many big studio films.....also have full location staff and starting set designs.....ILM (Lucas' visual effects house) also working with us on elements of the robot designs.....things moving forward.....working on budget.....hiring will accelerate in January....aiming for summer filming.....may film one sequence early (April)...."

23 Rainy Days
Nemesis Matrix
My Space Band Of The Week 23 Rainy Days

23RAINYDAYS formed in Washington, DC during the summer of 2003 and in a matter of days their music was literally flooding the streets of the city. Two weeks after its inception, a concert promoter heard early demos and invited the band to share the stage with national acts Kill Hannah, Guided By Voices, and The Violent Femmes on the streets of DC. 10,000 people were in attendance that day.

While 23RAINYDAYS had early success with their live performances, that success was built on the strength of their music. Their latest release "The Ghost in You" is filled with melodic guitars, heavy rhythms, and heartfelt lyrics that create a cinematic sound that will be both familiar and new to fans of alternative music. While they are firmly in the camp of The Cure, The Killers, New Order, and AFI, their substantive blend of 80's goth-pop is a refreshing change from the superficiality of todays popular music.

KORN See You On The Other Side
Nemesis Matrix
See You on the Other Side continues the ascent of these dark and twisted rockers to the heavy rock throne. After staking their claim in previous albums, this new offering kicks it up a notch, with pulverizing effect.
A hybrid funk and medicating, metallic shimmer radiates from the opening track "Twisted Transistor." The closing track "Tearjerker" with its spacey and soft arrangement still packs a heavy load of emotional baggage. The whole album continues the genuine, barbed-wire musical fury that has garnered Korn a loyal following of fans.

Don Murphy Talks Transformers The Movie 2007
Nemesis Matrix
Don Murphy recently had this to say about Transformers The Movie, over at Don Murphy Message Boards.

"Volume Shifting" There is some in the current script- not a lot but I feel it works well.

Arcee is still in the script, but does not appear a lot.

"deals are still being worked out" for most of the alternate modes, so whatever's in the script now may change

When asked about how far off the casting process is, and if he's discussed this with Michael Bay, Mr. Murphy said "BUDGET is next
it will be a big discussion
BUDGET"

"Michael WANTS to make the film." - In response to a question about Michael Bay's level of enthusiasm for the movie.

In response to a question regarding things still being OK for a 7/4/07 release, Don said "stay on target".

TF wise- script notes flying back and forth, budgets being debated and discussed, Designs being considered- but nothing I can share right now, so very sorry.

Suffice it to say, I still believe that this film is gonna be the first of many, many cool Transformers films.

Mila Kunis Dark Angel
Nemesis Matrix
Mila Kunis doesn’t really want to be famous. But with three movies in the works and a starring role on That ’70s Show, it looks like the beauty has no choice.
Mila was nice enough to stop by NemesisMatrix to answer a few Questions, so all eyes on her.

Nemesis: You were born in Ukraine. It must have been a serious case of culture shock when you moved to Philadelphia.
MILA: I was seven, so it was hard. I didn’t know the language, and I’d never seen anyone of any other ethnicity, because I grew up in a really small town. I had never been to the airport, never had soda, never had a hamburger. It was all a little bit twilight zone. But thank god I had my friends around like you, to show me that wild ways of Philly Life, you know the simple things like, the meaning of with or without. MMmmm Cheese Steaks.

Nemesis: And before you knew it, you were doing commercials.
Mila: The first one I got was a Barbie commercial. It just kind of fell into my lap. I took acting classes when I was a kid to occupy me when my parents were at work.

Nemesis: And you haven’t stopped acting since.
Mila: That’s right. And thank God, because I don’t have a clue of what else I’d do. I’m fucked if I don’t make it!
Nemesis Matrix

Nemesis: Don't worry you always have friends in Philly that will take care of ya.
Mila: Yeah you rule I dont know what I would have done with out you guys - Kiss!

Nemesis: So whats it like working on that 70's show?
Mila: Its not like work at all, but I love what I do. I think what draws me to it is the freedom. I mean, most people rebel when they’re teenagers, but I got to do that with a character. I still rebelled, but not as much as most teenagers. My biggest rebellion was that I got my ears pierced at age 18.

Nemesis: Liar! Ive seen the Dark Angel come out! Don't worry your secret is safe with me.
Mila: What are friends for?

Transformers The Movie 2007 Update
Nemesis Matrix
Transformers The Movie 2007 Update:

Ian Bryce (Line Producer) for such films as SPIDER-MAN and SAVING PRIVATE RYAN, to join the Transformers The Movie 2007 Producers Team

Quote:Don Murphy
Good Sunday to you, Stooges.

Now that we are back on regular reports, I’d like to make an important announcement.

Welcome to the project Mr. Ian Bryce. Ian will produce this movie with Tom Desanto, Mr. Lorenzo, and myself. He will have the hardest and most thankless job of all, functioning in the line producer position. Basically, that means that he makes sure we all finish on time and on schedule. At gunpoint if need be.

Ian is one of the biggest and most successful people in Hollywood in his job. I first crossed paths with him ten years ago when Oliver Stone and I tried to do a good update of PLANET OF THE APES. Since that time he’s done a few little films that you have heard of, like SPIDER-MAN and SAVING PRIVATE RYAN. Most recently he worked with our director on the terrific summer film, THE ISLAND.

And for the UK Stooges, Ian is one of you, and a gentleman to boot! From what I can tell, a smart, straight shooter who wants what is best for the project.

Ian, having worked with Michael before, also will be having significant impact on the creative decisions of the film. Yes, he knows about the voice actor movement. Yes, he knows about the board and like the writers, Tom and the DW execs, he will hopefully come and interact with you. Yes, this is big news for the project insofar as you only bring someone like this on when you are seriously close to making the film.

You can discuss among yourselves. Time constraints due to the holiday and SHOOT-EM-UP mean I will not answer anything today.

But welcome Ian Bryce.

We are just getting started... finally!

Have a great Sunday, Stooges!

Stoked: The Rise And Fall Of Gator
Nemesis Matrix
There was a time when skateboarding as you know it did not exist. A time when there were no crooked grinds, hubba ledges, tre-flips, ollie gaps or handrails. A time when, if you were to take a collective peek into the future, at the magazines, videos, ads, shops and styles of right now, you would see a freaked-out world of street stuntery, incomprehensible and foreign. That time, my friends, is the eighties, a decade when street skating was yet to be invented.

For those who don't know, skateboarding had a boom-time during the eighties. The mainstream markets embraced the look of skateboarding — the neon, the flop-over hair, the high-tops, the checkers, the danglers and the attitude of celebrity — all powered by the vertical rad.
Nemesis Matrix
Stoked: The Rise and Fall of Gator uses the tragic life story of Mark "Gator" Rogowski, now serving 31 years to life in prison, as a vehicle to drive the viewer closer to that era.

The 90-minute documentary uses vintage footage, photographs and interviews to piece together a picture of what life was like for the high-profile professional skateboarder of the eighties, using Gator, one of its most infamous personalities, as the mechanism to do so.

He had the girls, the sponsors, the coverage and the persona that came along with his position of skateboard rockstar. The film examines the idea of the professional skateboarder living somewhere in between the worlds of athlete and entertainer. Gator's image was as important to his popularity as his ability, and Stoked details many of the influential skateboarding movements during his short-lived time of vert stardom.

Skateboarding embraces change and the fall of vert was inevitable. As the sport transitioned from a high-profile vert spectacle to an underground, street-driven pursuit, Gator didn't know who he was anymore. This uncertainty and anxiety changed Gator, and he reacted in 1991 by beating, raping and strangling the 21-year-old best friend of his ex-girlfriend.

Stoked takes you through the highs and the lows. It takes you to the party and slaps you with the morning after. It gives you a personal tour of skateboarding's past and sheds light on the dark years of its transformation, and the people it transformed along with it. If all you know of skateboarding is what you see today, then go RENT IT, inform yourself and use Gator's story to find out where today came from.
